The Best Body Now Small Group Personal Training Program is the pinnacle of small group training for the fitness industry. The groups are created with no more than 4 people of similar goals and synergistic personalities. The energy created from the group training environment will keep your workouts fun, intellectually stimulating, and can even build your base of friends. You will still receive the attention you would recive in a private session just with buddies that make it so much more fun. Clients in our small group training program continue to achieve more results than if they went at it alone.




On top of the motivating energy dynamic created by the group training program you will receive services that far exceed what you would find anywhere else. Most training companies will just give you a workout when you show up and that's it. We will go above and beyond to provide you the following services:
  • A thorough physical assessment upon beginning your training and every 2 months thereafter including body fat, body weight, body measurements, blood pressure, cardiovascular output testing, flexibility testing, and postural alignment testing.
  • A personal flexibility program based on your flexibility and postural alignment to improve your structural integrity which will reduce or rid your body of aches and pains. Following your personal flexibility program will drastically reduce your chances of injury during training as well as be a key to making you feel like an athlete.
  • A personal cardio plan for you to do on your off days from regular training. This program will fit your goals and time schedule perfectly then will be adjusted as your body adjusts. This will speed fat loss and help tissues receive additional nutrients as well as rid itself of trapped waste cleansing you inside out. You will have more energy and reduced stress from you personal cardiopulmonary program.
  • Track your every rep, exercise, workout, and adherence to your flexibility and cardiovascular program. We will report this data to you on a monthly basis giving you detailed projections of your progression. This will be a huge motivator to see the dramatic improvements in your physical capabilities!
  • Provide you with a nutritionist that will give you a detailed personal nutrition plan and consult with you for an average of a half hour every week. Your nutrition plan will be adjusted to match your physical adjustments so you are always having the perfect nutrition for each point of your physical progression. This will provide you with the perfect nutrition to match your perfect training maximizing your results scientifically! By having consistent consulting with your nutritionist it will enable more rapid progress and easier adherence to your plan.
  • Put you with other people who will challenge, support, mock, complain and live the fitness dream right along with you.
  • Provide you with a Best Body Now weight training workout 3 times per week for an hour each session. You will be taken through all 6 phases of our periodized program which will give you every aspect of fitness including perfect symmetry, strength, functional fitness, structural integrity, and conditioning. The workouts will tone, strengthen, and shape your body towards the healthy attractive structure you have demanded of us to provide.
  • Spend an average of an additional hour consulting with you each month to review your fitness progress and goals and to make any necessary modifications to your program to ensure maximum results for set goals.
