The Best Body Now Athletic Training Program offers everything our Individual Training Program does plus sport performance. Not every client would want to go through the extreme intensity that our athletes go through to be at the top of their game. This program is 100% personalized to the client's sport, their current athletic ability or weaknesses, and the specific position that the client plays in their sport. The program is designed to create physical excellence for you to reach your fullest potential in your sport.
On top of the intense focused sessions to develop your body for your specific sport the following services are included:
- A thorough physical assessment upon beginning your training and every 2 months thereafter including body fat, body weight, body measurements, blood pressure, cardiovascular output testing, flexibility testing, and postural alignment testing.
- Design a customized flexibility program based on your flexibility and postural alignment to improve your structural integrity which will focus in this program on developing you to the highest functioning capacity possible. Following your personal flexibility program will drastically reduce your chances of injury during training, competition, and will be a key to making you feel like a top level athlete.
- A personal cardio plan for you to do on your off days from regular training. This program will fit your goals and time schedule perfectly then will be adjusted as your body adjusts. The design of your cardio program will create the ultimate conditioning and endurance for your sport. It will also help tissues receive additional nutrients as well as rid itself of trapped waste cleansing you inside out. You will have more energy, an ability to push harder and further than ever before through the conditioning you receive on our cardiopulmonary program.
- Track your every rep, exercise, workout, and adherence to your flexibility and cardiovascular program. We will report this data to you on a monthly basis giving you detailed projections of your progression. This will be a huge motivator to see the dramatic improvements in your physical capabilities!
- Provide you with a nutritionist that will give you a detailed personal nutrition plan and consult with you for an average of a half hour every week. Your nutrition plan will be adjusted to match your physical adjustments so you are always having the perfect nutrition for each point of your physical progression. This will provide you with the perfect nutrition to match your perfect training maximizing your results scientifically! By having consistent consulting with your nutritionist it will enable more rapid progress and easier adherence to your plan.
- Provide you with an individualized focused attention Best Body Now athletic training workout 3+ times per week for an hour and fifteen minutes each session. You will be given anything and everything you need in the way of exercise to develop your body scientifically to your highest output possible.
- Spend an average of an additional hour consulting with you each month to review your fitness progress and goals and to make any necessary modifications to your program to ensure maximum results for set goals.
- Hold you accountable to follow your customized Best Body Now fitness and nutritional plans.
