Freddy Gabriel grew up in Scottsdale, AZ and has been active as an athlete and a trainer for over 20 years. A part of Freddy's passion for training came when Freddy was hit by a car and came very close to death. Being in a coma for over 17 weeks made him lose over 100 lbs, leaving him at a whopping 120lbs and unable to walk. Barely able to move and incapable of raising his arms above his head, Freddy took it upon himself to completely rehabilitate his body, mind and spirit. He gained back his coordination, athletic ability, and 100lbs plus without any external help.
Freddy knows first hand what it takes to be able to put the time and dedication into achieving his goals. In the same respect, Freddy thoroughly enjoys helping clients develop a healthy lifestyle, taking off thousands of pounds of fat or putting on thousands of pounds of muscle.
Freddy works with a wide-range of clients as young as 12 years old to as young as 80 years of age. He's also worked with incapacitated cancer patients to pro athletes. Freddy places a strong emphasis on the importance of proper breathing where the client becomes more functionally efficient which is beneficial at a cellular level. He is certified in NASM, CPT, PES and APEX.
He will help you look, feel, and function your best with his driven attitude and hand-held support. He truly cares for his clients, believing anyone at any time can accomplish their goals and dreams.
