The program you would follow with us will take you through 6 progressional phases set up into 6 week time periods per phase. This program is referred to as a periodized training system. This is the same type of system that world class athletes use except for one difference. The difference is that this system is created for a successful entrepreneur, executive, or CFO (chief family officer). You have different goals than a world class athlete does although you do want some of the same results. Through our strength training program you will improve your postural alignment, gain muscle or just muscle tone (depending on your desired result), gain more athletic and stabilized body movement, gain absolute and endurance strength, and your body will feel more energy and well being. Many strength training programs develop one area of fitness while neglecting another area which leads to problems of imbalance. You can be very strong and look great while at the same time feel aching joints and a run down body just ask almost any bodybuilder. This program is designed for you to look, feel, and function with your best body now.



Cardiovascular Training

Whether you want to lose 80lbs, run a marathon, look your best naked, or you just want to keep up with your kids we have the perfect program for you. Your cardio program will be custom tailored based on your desired outcome. Each client's goal will require different levels of cardio components: intensity (how hard), frequency (how often), duration (how long), and mode (what form).



Flexibility Training

Flexibility training is overlooked and underrated in the majority of fitness programs. We will analyze your postural alignment and test your flexibility to develop a flexibility program for your specific body alignment. Your flexibility program will loosen and align your body for the best feel and function. With proper flexibility ratios between the muscles of the opposing sides of your bones you will be aligned. With proper alignment of your muscoskeletal system you will rid yourself of aches, pains, muscle spasms, and create easier more energetic body movements.



Nutritional Counseling

Because of the fact that you literally are what you eat this area of help we can provide you is so very important. By working with us you will have a certified nutritionist that will develop a plan that is based on foods that you choose. If you want to lose weight and keep it off our plan is perfect for you.

Your plan will be balanced with many nutrients enabling you to lose fat not just weight which is what you really want.
